That’s what you can expect from every single one of our products. Brezelkönig is all about gourmet pretzels and different types of pretzel bread. Our fresh pretzels are made in our in-house Brezelkönig bakery in the heart of Switzerland with carefully selected raw ingredients and without additives.

Our pretzels are baked fresh all day long in our stores – even the dough fermentation takes place on site. After baking, the delicious pretzels are filled or topped with lots of love. Our pretzels stand out due to their freshness: the dough is proofed on site and we bake them directly where they’re sold – so they always taste like they’ve come straight out of the oven. Then they’re topped or filled with fresh ingredients for enjoyment with every bite. We only use meat from Switzerland to fill our gourmet pretzels, baguettes and hot dogs. What’s more, our plain Brezelkönig pretzel breads are 100% vegan.
